Someone tell me where the time went? I can’t believe that my little man just turned 1 this week. This has been such a bittersweet year. He has made our family so happy. He is always smiling, laughing and making his little indian sounds with his hands. He loves to sleep, eating bagels and french fries and most of all loves mommy, daddy and big sister kayla. I wish more than anything my dad was here to meet him and see all of his smiles, and I have to believe, somewhere in my heart, that he has.

CAKE TIME!

Last weekend Kayla asked me if she could get in the bath with TJ.  It took me by surprise since Kayla has always been very protective of her space when TJ is around!  We quickly washed TJ in case this all went bad LOL and put Kayla in…

I feel like a big rite of passage of having more than one child, is having them in the bath together.  They have taken one together almost every night since.  There is lots of splashing and lots of laughs.  They steal my heart.

I ordered this one for my bathroom wall and it’s arriving this week, sweet!

On another note, I’m on FACEBOOK, really who isn’t? lol I’d love for you to come on over and become a fan!

I have been taking a break this month to train for my first race!  I would definitely not call myself a runner and I’m pretty nervous!  I’m not running for time, I just want to finish, and I’d prefer to finish without walking!  My dad was a runner, he finished the NYC Marathon more than once.  The best part about my race Saturday is that it is a team marathon and I am running with my family: my husband and sister and the rest of the team.  My leg is 4.2 miles and it’s really cool that together, the 5 of us will finish a marathon.

We took a little field trip to the zoo this weekend.  It was a bit disappointing, but still fun.

Kayla was an angel on her first train ride (as was TJ) and was very excited about the zoo!  Ethan and I decided we definitely have to take her to the real zoo (philly or bronx) to make up for it lol.  It was a long, very crowded day but Kayla enjoyed herself.  TJ was happy as long as he had a bagel to chew on, he was a real trooper, and I picked up the joovy caboose the night before and it was a lifesaver, both kids loved it!  

I am SO lucky to not only some of the best girlfriends, but they also happen to be photographers!  It is refreshing to have great friends to talk so freely with, it is so hard running your own business and I love having their support and also supporting them. 

Doesn’t hurt that they have some of the most adorable kids too!  Christie hosted this get together, thanks girl!  Kim and Emily got some adorable shots of my kids – thank you!

I spent most of the day photographing Maegan’s beauty, I couldn’t help myself.  I just dare you not to fall head over heels for him.

Spring is finally here, let’s hope the weather keeps up!  Kayla loves to paint little figures with my mother in law.  We were so happy I was finally able to meet them there this time!  Could she be any cuter??

My daughter really doesn’t like when I take her picture, I thought TJ wouldn’t know any better but he’s already hating my camera!!! LOL

Do you like the new look?  I’m thrilled with my new logo and how it has incoporated into the rest of my brand.  I am working on new designs for my business cards, cds and other items.  Well, ok not me, but my fabulous designer.
